  • Required cleaning
  • Replacement of all required wear parts to original, new Magnemag parts
  • Adjustment of the needle stroke
  • Final test of assembly
Delivery to Magnemag   On our account and of your risk, as per separate agreement
Time of delivery  

Ex. stock according to agreed schedule - with fixed intervals, min. every 6 week
Carrier   By UPS courier, express service, which means: Transit time is guaranteed
Terms of delivery   Incoterms 2000: Carriage paid, this means DDU, your address
Terms of payment   On a monthly basis, prior to delivery
Termination of agreement   Can be denounced by both parties at 2 months notice, however not earlier than after 1 year
Validity of the above offer   Only 7-gun Marking Section. Other types can be offered as per your request.
Other conditions  

The agreement is based on that your have a sufficient quantity of Marking Sections:
1 running (in the machine)
1 for repair at Magnemag
1 at your local stock (as security)
